It's not just me...

I have been so busy with photo and video work that I don't draw too much but still love to. More then that though I don't ever visit Blogger anymore until just now...7:05pm Jan. 12th 2016. Clicking though the artist's pages I follow and loving all that I see, but I've seen it before. Not all have left blogger on the sidelines and I'm glad to see some of my favorites still post weekly.
I've just started "Gesture Drawing" on Schoolism and am really looking forward to taking one day a week to add to this blog with what I'm working on in the class (or out of class).

This place is amazing and always worth a visit.

Do any of you guys use "Mischief" for drawing of sketching? It's amazing!!

Zombie

Do you believe that this is my first zombie drawing?!
Crazy I know but, I never really had a desire to draw one.
FYI, Super fun to do!
I'll be doing more monster types for sure in the future.
This guy was done for a Contest from a YouTube Comic Book show Called "Variant"
If you like comics or anything to do with them, check it out!

SPRING FROG

I know it's a little early for spring here in the NW, but I started a doodle, and this is what came out.
Even if it was spring, it might still be a bit early for frogs. Looking forward to camping this year and meeting a few.

CHRISTMAS 2012

Inspired by an amazing Illustrator Molly Idle, and her book "Nighty Night Baby Jesus."
If you haven't' seen her work, Its Beautiful and amazing. An other one of my favorites from her is "Nighty Night Noah."
Any who, Below is my drawing along with some snapshots of my process. Still learning to color digitally. not one of my strengths.
Merry Christmas Everyone!

BP SKETCH

A photoshop sketch for the Big painting I posted about a few months ago. Life has kept me from finishing it for a while now, but I'm back on the road to completing it. If you have seen the Piece, and your now seeing this and your confused...good. ;)
